RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 5 day return window, meaning you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Refund returns are only accepted for eligible items from our Everyday Abayas Collection.
Luxury abayas, dresses, and are eligible for exchange or store credit only if approved by our team and another size is available.
Dirac Collection items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If approved by our team, exchanges for another available style may be offered based on inventory availability.
Sale items, final sale items, gift cards, and hijabs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition.

EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are accepted based on availability.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will place a temporary hold on your requested size while your original item is being returned to us.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
Exchange items will only be shipped once the original item has been received and approved by our team.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds for eligible Everyday Abayas Collection items will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable shipping costs and return label fees.
